Director of Pharmacy – Texas

Job Description: 

The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the oversight and management of pharmacy service, drug stock, drug storage, drug distribution and delivery of pharmaceutical care.  The Director may also be the Pharmacist in Charge (Class C) as designated by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.  Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.  Other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy: Pharm D; Master’s Degree
• Active Texas Pharmacy License
• 2+ yrs of hospital pharmacy postgraduate experience at a supervisory level.
