Health Services Manager, RN – Nebraska

Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing nursing oversight to the health services staff and serving as an occupational healthcare provider according to established policies, procedures, and protocols. This position will also be responsible for facilitating communications with other management team members to improve the health and safety of employees, coordinating and managing the worker’s compensation claims process, ensuring compliance with OSHA mandated programs and recordkeeping requirements, and leading general wellness efforts.

Job Requirements:

• ASN
• Active Nebraska License
• 2 + years of management experience in a health care setting
• Experience dealing with repetitive motion injuries and comfortable working in a plant setting
