Performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to): Feeding, positioning, ambulating. Provide reminders about taking medication and assisting with medication that the client self-administers. Personal hygiene: Toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, shaving.
