Job Description:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, working independently organizes, directs and manages the functions, activities and the personnel of the laboratory testing departments on all shifts. Works collaboratively with Medical Directors of Pathology for each site to ensure standardization of quality, clinical processes, and compliance. Responsible for Lab Operations at three hospital sites and multiple drawing stations and other outpatient sites throughout the metro area.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- ASCP or equivalent certification
- 10+ yrs Clinical Laboratory Management at Assistant Director Level Experience
- Large Community Hospital Experience Preferred (300+ beds)
