OB/Peds Nurse Manager – Illinois  

Permanent/Full-Time

Job Description:

Supports in providing leadership for the practice and delivery of safe, effective, efficient, ethical, and culturally-competent patient care. This includes oversight of management of human, fiscal, and material resources. The job requires direct supervision of more than 12 employees. Job duties include the full range of supervisory activities such as hiring, training, assigning, monitoring and assessing work, promoting etc. Incumbent has multiple shift responsibilities for staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree in Health related field must be obtained within 5 years of hire.
• Active RN License in Illinois; Licensed RN in Iowa within 6 months
• 5+ yrs experience required
• BLS/ACLS
