Job Description:

The DON is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing resources for the Pediatric and PICU Units.  Other responsibilities include but not limited to budget, efficient/effective resource utilization, recruitment and management of assigned staff and performance improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• BSN
• Active Texas RN License
• 3+ yrs management experience in Ped/PICU unit
• Specialty or Administration Certification desired
• BLS
