Job Description:
Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the facility and compliance with policies and State and Federal rules and regulations along with providing the highest quality of care possible. Leads planning process to develop goals for quality care, employee retention and financial performance. Directs the hiring and training of personnel. Prepares annual budgets for approval by Regional Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in health care administration, business administration or finance
- Ohio Administrator’s License
- 2+ yrs experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a LTC facility or completion of an AIT program
