Job Description:
Evaluates patient’s level of physical function and develops the plan of treatment. Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs in a home care setting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Active License in the state of Hawaii
- 1+ yr experience
- BLS/BCLS
