JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Laboratory Director plans, directs, organizes, staff and controls the operation of the hospital clinical laboratory in accordance with hospital rules, regulations, and prevailing law.  May occasionally perform the duties of the testing personnel.  Reports to the Administrative Director of the Laboratory.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LABORATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Ca CLS license
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a hospital laboratory
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Management experience
