JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Experience Officer is fully dedicated to improving the experience of internal and external customers.  Provides professional leadership, development and oversight of the company initiative and program for our customers.  Consults, evaluates, coaches, and trains to optimize excellence in our customer experiences.  Provides expert knowledge of best practices related to customer experience, service improvement and problem-solving.  Additional duties include, but are not limited to applicable policy updates and patient advocacy support.

Patient Experience Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Nursing or Health Care
  • 3+ years management experience
