Job Description: Responsible for the practice of professional nursing, which includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of pediatric through geriatric patients. All RN’s are expected to function independently in the specialty area of Special Care Unit within a reasonable time frame not to exceed 18 months. Competence in the Emergency Department is strongly encouraged. This is a supervisory role, and requires experience in MS/OB, and ER, as well as supervisory experience.

Seeking a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to join our busy practice. This position will support one neurosurgeon, and is approximately 1 1/2 days working as First Assist in the OR and the remainder of the week providing direct patient care within the outpatient Clinic or making hospital rounds. Call is approximately 10 days/month. Assist experience and neurosurgery experience is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Current Colorado PA license or eligible to obtain
- Spine training or equivalent experience
- First Assist experience preferred
- Neurosurgery experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS

Perform comprehensive physical assessment of patients using observation, inspection,
auscultation, palpation and percussion.
