Looking for an OB/L&D RN for Critical Access hospital – Immediate NEED – Unit usually has 1-3 patients – will float to Med/Surg if census is down in OB unit. Shift is nights 7-7 with rotating weekends. 

OB / L&D RN JOB SUMMARY:
Provides and performs oversight, delegation, and coordination of total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients. May act as Charge Nurse utilizing the nursing process and delegation skills to prioritize and oversee all patient care delivered during assigned shift while maintaining recognized nursing standards. Each hospital staff nurse will become proficient in at least one other nursing environment within 6 months of hire or as determined by the appropriate department manager or CNO.
 Comprehensive care including care coordination and self-management building skills to promote better outcomes for patients will be provided. As part of the team, there will be an emphasis on disease prevention and wellness, as well as being included in the treatment of acute and chronic diseases. As part of the team, this position will help provide care management and support the patient/family/caregiver prior to treatment, during treatment and following treatment with transitional care and coordination across all elements of the broader health care system. This would include specialty care, hospitalization/ER, long-term care, home health care, community services and support, test tracking and follow-up, referral tracking and follow-up, and care coordination transitions from one health care facility to another facility or to home.

OB/ L&D RN QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous RN experience preferred

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) the State of Iowa

Radiology Tech-Montana

Full Time/Permanent

Radiology Tech will work closely with Lab/X Ray Manager, Lab/X Ray personnel and all other department Supervisors and/or personnel along with vendors, consultants, patients, and residents.

Radiology Tech Knowledge and Experience:

  • Associate Degree with Certificate of completion for RT
  • Registered nationally by ARRT and by State of Montana as an RT

Essential Departmental Responsibility:

  • Perform radiology exams, pre analytical, analytical, and post analytical, of patient in accordance with Policy and Procedures.
  • May be asked to act in the absence of the Lab/X-Ray Manager.
  • Patient Radiology exams, QC, and validation-correlation studies
  • Helps to ensure the Radiology department adheres to State, Federal, and CAH rules and regulations concerning the delivery of radiology services
  • Must build and maintain collaborative professional relationships with employees, vendors, and consultants
  • Attend meetings and is a member of committees as needed and appropriate
  • Completes chart audits as needed to assure proper charting and documentation of patient care.
  • Participates in QA/QI studies and assists in maintaining Quality Improvement data & prepares reports for committee.
