Job Description:
Clinical Manager RN- Perioperative Service will be responsible for the overall management of patient care in perioperative services from admissions to the operating room and recovery room. Responsible for assisting in patient throughput efficiency and ensuring the most cost effective operational unit possible. You will take part in creating short and long term goals for the patient care Director and their units.
Clinical Manager of Perioperative Service Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Masters preferred
- 2+ yrs of periop RN experience with 2+ yrs of experience scrubbing and circulating in the OR
- Leadership experience
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification

Post-Partum/Peds Manager–MICHIGAN
Responsible for Post-Partum, Nursery and Peds. Provides consistent leadership on the units and supports patient focused collaborative care in a shared governance environment. Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and integrating the optimal provision of cost-effective service on the units. In conjunction with this, other responsibilities include providing clinical expertise, customer service, and service recovery techniques. Full compliment of management responsibilities include; planning human resource management, financial accountability, quality assessment and improvements, including regulatory compliance. This position requires 24/7 accountability to the units.
