Job Description: 

Responsible for discovering new elements of a person’s life that he/she can influence and change, identify preferences and relentlessly pursue and nurture one’s capability. The Residential Assistant acts as a front line teacher of the residents and provides direct care. Responsible for making recommendations to the Residential Coordinator, Supervisor, and Manager regarding all resident related issues and suggestions for goal implementation in order to achieve positive results for the persons served. Residential Assistants report directly to the Manager and accept direction from the Residential Coordinator, Supervisor and RN Consultant.

Job Requirements:

• BLS
• 1+ yr CNA experience
