Job Description:

Provides leadership, direction, and administration in all aspects of L&D.  Provides leadership, direction, and administration in all aspects of department activities to ensure compliance with established objectives. Initiates and ensures department policies facilitate the kind of organization needed to accomplish the hospitals’ Mission and Vision Statements.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSN
  • Active RN California State License
  • 2+ yrs experience
