Job Description:
The primary function of the Physical Therapist provides direct care, patient education and the management of the applicable therapy (physical) called for in the patient’s treatment plan. Consults with and educates other care team members concerning applicable patient assessment and treatment protocols. Serves as a rehabilitation resource for the care team. Extensive traveling and working in patients’ homes in various conditions and environments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Active GA PT license
- 1+ yr PT experience
- Experience in Rehab Centers or Sub-acute care
- Home Health experience
