Job Description:
The Director of Surgical Services is a professional nurse who develops unit goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies and procedures; organizes the unit(s) in accordance with administrative guidelines in order to provide specified nursing services to meet the legal, organizational, and medical staff guidelines. Is responsible for unit(s) on a 24 hr basis.
Required Qualifications:
- BSN
- 5+ yrs Director of OR experience in an acute care setting
- 3+ yrs management experience
- Surgical Service experience
