Job Description:
Looking for a Laboratory Supervisor with current and future trends/practice in area of responsibility. Familiar with regulatory and governing standards, policies and procedures and equipment used in performing assigned duties. Skilled in interviewing and selection process; understanding of budgeting, staffing, and purchasing processes; implementation of competency, feedback, development and progressive discipline processes; teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology
- ASCP Certified
- 5+ yrs Lab Supervisor experience
