Job Description: 

Assumes total care of patients under the direction of a physician in our Home Health Program. Seeking Nurse Practitioners with a minimum of 5 years of experience with sound clinician skills to work independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM

Patient Load: 12-15 patients per day

Required Qualifications: 

• Master’s Degree from accredited nurse practitioner program
• Current California RN and np license
• BLS
• 5+ yrs experience
