Job Description: Work in a place where people only dream of visiting! Temporary Housing provided by in beautiful Alaska. Hospital provides housing at location of their choosing** The OR patient population served includes pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Internal customers include Surgical Services nursing staff, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other hospital staff. JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the RN/Circulator, acts as the primary scrub person who handles instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure while maintaining sterile technique. Some Central Sterile Reprocessing duties are part of this position. Hospital provides housing at location of their choosing** The ideal candidates must have: *****The manager has set the bar high and is requesting that she only receive applicants that have experience in orthopedics, their BLS is ready to go and that they can work in OR and PACU.
