Physical Therapist Job Description: 

• Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
• Evaluate referred patients and develop treatment plans including specific goals and activities, reevaluating and modifying plans as necessary.
• Provide instructions in therapeutic procedures to be continued by the patient.
• Provide direct physical therapy to patients per plan of care.
• Maintain active and support communication with the patient/caregiver regarding progress, problems, home programs and other issues related to the therapeutic process.

Physical Therapist Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• 2 + yrs experience in physical therapy
• BLS CPR Certification
• Current California Physical Therapy License
