Job Description: 

Performs and reports waived and non-waived, routine and STAT laboratory tests in coagulation, chemistry, serology, urinalysis, immunohematology, hematology, and microbiology. Answers technical questions pertaining to the test performance and medical significance of the ranges associated with that test. Able to recognize problems, identify the cause (technical or instrumental) and make simple corrections by using present strategies. Performs and monitors quality control and maintenance procedures within predetermined parameters. Develop and modify procedures as directed by Supervisor. Blood banking experience heavily preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology
• ASCP or equivalent
• 3+ yrs experience
