Demonstrate knowledge of CQI through application of the principles in annual plan. Ensures the development and implementation of a comprehensive CQI Plan that integrates into the hospital-wide CQI Plan.
Job Requirements:
- BSN with Masters in related field or certification in healthcare administration
- Licensed RN in the state of California
- 3+ years management experience at the director level
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience of which at least one year shall be in pediatric critical care nursing.
- Working knowledge of California Children’s Services (CCS) guidelines.
