Job Description:
In this role you’ll be responsible for operationalizing the organization values within the assigned nursing unit including clinical, people, service and financial excellence behaviors. This position exists to provide supervisory leadership and clinical support to a nursing unit, to provide assistance relating to administrative functions to the Administrative Director and to serve as a representative of the department and act as a liaison to other departments, physicians and individuals. You will ensure fiscal responsibility and clinical and operational performance improvement initiatives for Surgical Services and will actively participate in Lean Process Improvement Transformation.
Job Requirements:
- BSN
- Active Indiana State License
- BLS
- 5+ years progressive nursing experience
- 3+ years leadership experience
