Job Description:

Candidate will have home health and hospice duties at a combined agency.  RN will be responsible for assisting patients with personal services such as bathing, dressing and grooming.  Will provide care, monitor health conditions, administer medication, use medical equipment and advise patients and their families on current prognosis. 

Job Requirements:

ASN

5+ years of home health or hospice experience

BLS/BCLS
