Employee Health Nurse – Nevada
Travel/Contract Position
Job Description:
Will be managing employee health records for new hires. Responsible for managing health records of internal transfers from other hospitals (this would include immediate audit once in position to ensure there are no past due items) Managing return to work and FMLA’s (in conjunction with HR team). Exposure tracking and reporting (in conjunction with loss control).
Required Qualifications:
- BSN
- Active NV RN
- 5+ yrs experience in Occupational Health/Employee Health management
- Recent Acute Care experience
