Ensure that day-to-day operational tasks are completed; provide input into the development of departmental procedures; schedule staff to ensure appropriate coverage in all areas. The Supervisor – Patient Access has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Revenue Cycle. This position will report to the Director of Revenue Cycle with input from the Clinic Practice Administrator.
