Night Shift
Job Description:
Full time, night shift, 12 hour Shift (7pm-7am). Staff RN responsible for labor, delivery, post-partum, and recovery. RN will be responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing and providing nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department. Important dimensions of this position consist of quality of care, professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, safety, good public/customer relations and a broad nursing knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- BSN
- State of California RN license
- 1+ year labor & delivery experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and advanced fetal monitoring

Job Description:
The RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient centered care. The RN provides leadership by delegating and working cooperatively and collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice and professional nursing performance in the clinical setting. The RN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area.
Required Qualifications:
- BSN
- Active California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NRP
- STABLE completion within 1 year of hire
- Fetal Heart Monitoring Course Completion within 90 days of hire
- Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes of being paged while on call
- 2+ yrs L&D experience in Acute Care Facility

Job Description:
Responsible for the direction of patient care activities within the Women’s, Maternal and Infant Care Nursing Department. Manages staff within the department, provides management of operational and nursing activities. Consults with staff, physicians and the Chief Nursing Officer on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Leadership skills to include management of human, fiscal and capital resources. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Ability to gather, analyze and assess data from various sources to develop quality improvement initiatives. Ability to adjust schedule to meet the demands of patient care delivery and management oversight to area of responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ yrs director level experience in WIS
- BSN
- Active Arizona RN license
- Knowledgeable of all regulatory requirements including local, state and national regulations as well as DNV
- BLS, ACLS, Fetal Monitoring
