Position Summary:

Assumes total care of patients under the direction of a physician in a Job Care setting. Follows established standards, procedures, and practices, and gives specific patient modalities to rural health clinic staff.

Position is Full Time with a 5:8’s schedule.

Patient load is 16-18 patients per day.

Education/Training/Experience:

Graduate of accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.

License/Certifications:

Current California RN and NP License or PA License

Current certification in BCLS.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

At least two years background in GI is required.

Benefits for Full Time Employment Include:

• $5,000 Sign-On bonus for Full Time Employment

• (Half paid at 6 months and half paid at 12 months) * $15,000 Retention Bonus (paid over 3 years)
• $1,500/year CEU allowance for Full Time Employment
• $1,200/year for License, DEA, Board Certifications, Associations Fees for Full Time Employment
• Malpractice coverage through the facility
